Place each half head of lettuce on individual plates cut side down so the lettuce forms a mound on the plate. Arrange the radishes and cucumber slices around each lettuce mound. Blend capers, dill, parsely, shallot, vinegar, salt and pepper in a blender, then stream in olive oil. Spoon dressing evenly over the salad.
Croutons: Bread, butter, garlic salt. Bake 350 degrees 7 minutes/side. Add parmesan cheese.
Make it up!
Toss together all salad ingredients except Romano cheese.
To make dressing, combine garlic, oregano, Worcestershire sauce, and egg yolk. Beat until smooth with a wire whisk. Add oil gradually, beating to form an emulsion. Stir in vinegar and lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Add dressing to salad and toss well. Garnish with Romano cheese.
In a food processor or blender, mix all the ingredients except the bleu cheese. Crumble the blue cheese in. Dress your salad.
Mix and serve.
